Job Description:

Interact with business stakeholders, finance teams, and application users to gather functional 

and technical requirements for data analytics and reporting initiatives. Translate business needs 

into functional specifications, data mapping documents, and ETL design documents. Collaborate 

with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, data definitions, and reporting standards. Analyze GL, 

Storage, Compute, InfoSec, Network, and Data Center cost structures within Apptio to align 

financial and operational data models. Prepare solution design documents including source-to-target 

mappings and transformation logic. Participate in Agile ceremonies as an individual contributor in 

SDLC lifecycle phases. Design, Develop, Modify and Install the Software Application. Design and 

develop Apptio TBM models to allocate and map GL expenses across Storage, Compute, InfoSec, 

Network, and Data Center towers using cost pool and cost model configurations. Develop 

automated ETL pipelines using Python, SSIS, and SQL to extract GL and operational data from 

source systems and load into Apptio staging tables. Build source-to-target data transformation 

logic to standardize financial and infrastructure datasets for accurate cost allocation and reporting. 

Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required

Experience:

• Experience should include Six (6) months of working with SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel, ETL/Data Processing, SSIS, and Tableau is required. 

• Travel and/or Relocation to Unanticipated Client Sites Throughout USA is required.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science /IT/IS/ Data Analytics or closely related field with Six (6) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Analyst or Developer or Programmer or Engineer or closely related field.
