Job Description
Understand the requirements and project needs and subsequently create and execute plans for the successful execution of the project
Participate in Agile/Scrum methodology and work on user stories for the sprint
Work with SDLC and Agile (hybrid) environment and participate in Scrum meetings with developers, QA, and stakeholders to gather requirements
Facilitate Scrum Events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective) for Agile Scrum Methodologies to track progress of the work
Understand & capture the business requirement for Agile development stories and tasks for JIRA creation, analysis and level of effort estimation
Work closely with Product and/or Business Analysts, Developers, and managers to understand the product requirements and use cases in order to deliver high quality software on schedule for production releases
Job Required Skills:
Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in IT, MIS, or related engineering (e.g. computer science, electronics, CIS, etc.) field.
Experience: 2 years of relevant developing project plans & manage project lifecycle. Experience therein to include 1 year of serving as the Scrum Master for any Agile development teams facilitating Agile ceremonies.
Location: Irving, TX. 40 hours. M-F. Some travel (15%) to client sites at unanticipated locations within U.S. with expenses paid by the employer.
